After graduating from college, I started my career in a small BPO in my hometown, initially just looking to gain some work experience. What began as a short-term job quickly turned into something I truly enjoyed and became passionate about — I found myself drawn to the fast-paced, dynamic environment of customer service.
In 2014, I took a leap of faith and transitioned into full-time freelancing. Since then, I’ve built a fulfilling career in the online industry, working with a variety of US-based companies across sectors such as finance, solar energy, tax consulting, healthcare, and internet technologies. My core strength lies in customer service, where I’ve developed strong adaptability and a keen understanding of client needs.
In October 2019, I joined SmythOS, and I genuinely love being part of the team. The collaborative culture is incredibly motivating, and I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside intelligent, driven individuals who continue to inspire me and help me grow — both personally and professionally.
